Warehouse Operational Lead

paying $24 per hour with 2nd shifts available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! Shift:

4PM-12:30PM Job Responsibilities: Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading products. Provide daily hands on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities. Directs work assignments, trains new and current employees on operational SOPs and WIs. Drives compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives. Communicates problems, concerns, and ideas to management; Assists in finding solutions to problem areas. Ensures warehouse is clean and orderly. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail. Material Handling Equipment/Forklift experience or certification preferred Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. \nCompany Description
