We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide support and assistance in daily living activities. Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and hygiene. Facilitate community integration and social activities. Document and report on client progress and needs. Encourage and promote independence among clients. Collaborate with team members and families to develop care plans. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to helping others. Experience in a direct support or caregiving role is a plus. Must pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications. Reliable transportation to travel to client locations. Willingness to learn and adapt to individual client needs.
