How We Invest in Your Experience: Daytime Center-Based Schedule: Enjoy the stability of a centralized clinic home with no evening or weekend requirements. Work a predictable daytime routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday (with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM). Zero In-Home Driving: Say goodbye to driving between client homes, unpaid travel time, and wear-and-tear on your vehicle. You work at one resource-rich clinic facility every day. Direct Clinical Mentorship: Secure your supervision hours and advance your skills in a supportive clinic environment working closely alongside collaborative, accessible BCBAs. Structured Semi-Annual Growth: Clear, predictable performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to ensure your base pay scales naturally alongside your experience. What to Expect: As an RBT working one‑on‑one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will: Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent‑based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes. Who You Are: Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB. The Mindset: You are passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thrive in a collaborative, team‑focused clinical setting. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily. Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
