You will support security business needs of all Special Access Programs across RTX in accordance with applicable USG regulations, contractual, customer and company requirements. You will be responsible for day-to-day activities as a Personnel Security Professional; administering and maintaining a comprehensive Personnel Security posture in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You will work with all levels of program leadership, business partners and stakeholders. You also must be willing to travel to support the business and program functions as needed by the customer (<10%)What You Will DoCreate, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management to accomplish security objectives.Utilize excellent writing, organizational, communication, problem-solving skills.Remains current on NISPOM, program Security Classification Guides (SCGs), Program Protection Plans (PPPs), Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD254s), contract Statement of Work (SOW) and related security guidance in support of assigned program(s).Participates in development, update, and implementation of company security policies and procedures.Provide security deliverables with minimal supervision Program security status – weekly and monthly Security review status (internal and external) assisting in presentation preparation for program status and reviews (internal and external); submitting program access requests; maintaining billet plans; assisting with updating and administering indoctrinations, refresher briefings and debriefings and communicate security guidance to internal audiences Interpret security requirements across all NISP security domainsConduct security self-inspections, and prepare for Government inspections/annual reviews. Conduct safe inspections.Use tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customersMaintain personnel security tracker; action item tracker; and foreign travel tracker.Coordinate completion and submission of Personnel Security Questionnaires, Pre and Post Foreign Travel Briefings.Maintain personnel files and training records, assist and maintain team SharePoint site.Other security related tasks as directed by the Security Manager (i.e. escorting non-accessed personnel, conducting parcel checks, alarm testing, assist with annual Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA) Program)Qualifications You Must HaveActive and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
