Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific needs. Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and circumstances of each client, incorporating best practices from current psychological research. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, aimed at addressing a variety of mental health issues. Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in emergency situations, demonstrating sound judgment and clinical expertise. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring availability for peer review and supervision. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff—to provide comprehensive and integrated care. Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and developments in mental health practices through ongoing education, training, and participation in relevant workshops. Participate in regular supervision sessions to refine clinical skills while remaining compliant with all ethical guidelines governing mental health practice. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily focuses on a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists work closely with clients to understand their cultural, social, and personal contexts, which are essential for developing effective treatment plans. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required. Current state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) is essential for this role. Demonstrated strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills supported by a solid foundation of theoretical knowledge. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to the mental well-being of clients. A proven capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Understanding of and adherence to ethical principles and laws governing the practice of mental health therapy. Preferred Experience Applicants should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the mental health field, preferably in outpatient settings, providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups. Experience with telehealth platforms and modern therapy technologies is a plus, as our integrated care approach emphasizes the use of these tools for effective treatment. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a background in crisis intervention is also desirable.
