Intake Case Manager: Guide New Clients to Independence

The Doe Fund Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an Intake Case Manager to welcome new clients, explain program structure, and guide them through initial interviews and intake in CARES and the TDF Database. You will develop an Independent Living Plan, support house operations, and coordinate services with sensitivity to clients facing homelessness or justice involvement.
