- Serve as a senior leader in shaping company strategy, implementing operational improvements and strategic initiatives to maintain the growth, profitability and long-term health of the firm
- Maintain executive-level relationships with key federal clients including Air Force, Army, and NAVFAC leadership, supporting business development and long-term client partnerships
- Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the firm’s Health and Safety Program across all construction activities, particularly on active military installations
- Ensure the implementation of the firm’s Quality Management Program, including compliance with federal contracting requirements, military construction standards and client specifications
- Approve major capital equipment purchases and strategic resource allocations required to support domestic and international construction operations
- Identify risks to project performance and direct corrective action when necessary; ensure lessons learned are documented and incorporated into future project execution
