Position Counter Sales Representative: The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining product knowledge, promoting new products, assisting customers during the sales/purchase process, responding to customer inquiries professionally, and assisting with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis. Shift Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm Responsibilities Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software while maintaining a professional sales demeanor. Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow‑up calls. Maintain and develop customer relationships. Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock requests. Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe, clean environment. What You’ll Bring High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric. Minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products. Effective communication, organizational skills, and ability to work within a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation. Basic problem‑solving and computer skills. Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting the job assignment.
