Automotive Assistant Service Advisor / BDC

It is very important that every employee be treated as an individual and an important contributor to the operation of our organization. Responsibilities * Assist Service Staff with vehicle check in.

• Create and manage repair orders for Inventory vehicles
• Retrieve and check in loaner vehicles before and after customer use.
• Assist and train under Service Advisors to fill Advisor position during Vacation and Sick Days.
• Commission earned per day filling in.

Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed. * Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.

• Assist with incoming phone calls.
• Placed scheduling calls as needed/directed.

Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits:
