Automotive Assistant Service Advisor / BDC

• Answer calls for service department
• Perform inbound call and in person appointment scheduling
• Work from lists to perform outbound appointment scheduling

Assist Service Staff with vehicle check in as needed.

• Assist and train under Service Advisors to fill Advisor position during Vacation and Sick Days.
• Commission earned per day filling in.
• Create and manage repair orders for Inventory vehicles

Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed. * Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations when needed. * Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits:
