Position Details

Position: Assembler
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift)
Openings: 3 Immediate Positions Available

What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in building quality products that meet our customers' expectations. Responsibilities include:

• Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Inspect parts and components before assembly and identify unacceptable materials.
• Perform in-process testing to ensure products meet established quality standards.
• Assist the Line Foreman as needed to support production goals.
• Complete production documentation, including:
  • Material move tickets
  • Inspection reports
  • In-process tags
  • Reject tags
  • Rework orders
  • Corrective Action Reports
• Learn and utilize company computer systems for production documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand, air, and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Dependable attendance and excellent work habits
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50–75 pounds
• Ability to read blueprints
