This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Generator Supercenter Corporate.

- Build their own pipeline
- Educate customers and create urgency
- Turn consultations into signed contracts
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations for residential and commercial clients
- Assess power needs and recommend the right generator solution
- Deliver compelling presentations that close deals on the spot
- Follow up on inbound leads and self-generate new opportunities (referrals, networking, door knocking, local partnerships)
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
- Manage your pipeline and track deals from lead → install
- Proven sales closer (home services, solar, HVAC, roofing, or similar preferred)
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated-doesn't wait for leads, creates opportunities
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, compelling way
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Base salary (safety net) + uncapped commission
- High ticket sales (typical deal size: $15K-$30K+)
- Top performers can earn six figures+
