Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description This is a part-time in home/daycare role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Northwest Suburbs of Chicago Area, IL. The BCBA will be responsible for designing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, providing direct supervision to program implementation, and training staff and parents on behavior management techniques. The role also involves analyzing data to monitor progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies Strong understanding of Psychology principles related to child development Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Compassion for children and their families, with a client-focused approach Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions is a plus Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr ALON Behavior Consulting
