Head of Agency Acquisition, Scaled Growth, NA & LATAM - LA Job Code: A124789 Responsibilities Build and manage the Agency Acquisition team responsible for North America and LATAM large Indie Agency acquisition and onboarding. Lead and enable the team to achieve sales targets and execute efficiently to reach pipeline goals. Drive new partnerships with large Indie Agencies by navigating their complex organizational structures. Proactively build and maintain good relationships with large Indie Agencies and platform partners to enhance the company’s brand and industry influence, identify new cooperation opportunities, and promote business development. Participate in sales incentive design in partnership with Monetization Strategy and Ops team. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales management. 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or the media agency industry. Proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese to collaborate with agency partners in North America and LATAM. Strong ability to develop new customers and markets, with successful cases preferred. Strong resistance and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced working environment. Strong self‑motivation, result‑oriented, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity. Comfortable with revenue target. A genuine passion for small business. Job Information The base salary range for this position is $120,108 – $214,972 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
