As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions.

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually improve your skills
• Use easy-to-navigate software to create personalized bath designs
• Provide pricing and consistently close sales

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in in-home or outside sales is highly valued
• Background in home remodeling is a strong plus
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Outgoing and professional personality

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential . Your income is determined by your performance and experience.
