We are seeking a Sr level Marketing Events Project Manager to join a major manufacturing company in Milwaukee for a long term contract.

Pay: $70/HR

• Leadership
• Partners closely with Experiences leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across the Anniversary portfolio. This role influences outcomes through collaboration and project leadership rather than direct people management.
• • Responsible for leading peer to peer and at all levels of the organization to create a comprehensive and collaborative approach to the portfolio of programming and events.
• Project Planning & Execution:
• • Develop comprehensive project plans for various events, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Works closely with the Experiences Team to ensure a cohesive approach to delivery and execution of the entire portfolio of events and programs for the year.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Assist in creating engaging materials, programs, and unique experiences tailored to each event.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Marketing and Brand, Commercial, Operations, Partnerships, PR and social media, to ensure alignment and synergy across all initiatives.
• Anniversary Program Support
• • Support the planning and execution of Anniversary event portfolio from October 2027 through October 2028.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, action logs, and status reports.
  • Coordinate deliverables across Experiences, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Partnerships, H.O.G., Riding Academy, Commercial, and Operations teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, risks, action items, and dependencies.
  • Track key milestones and proactively identify risks to timing, budget, and execution.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, vendors, production partners, and venues.
  • Support leadership updates and executive presentations related to anniversary planning and execution.
  • Assist with onsite event operations and production management as needed.

• • Anticipate and address any issues or challenges that arise during the event planning and execution phases.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.

• • Analyze event performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in event management, project management, or marketing.
• Ability to travel throughout the year.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing large-scale events, activations, conferences, festivals, or experiential marketing programs.
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and fixed deadlines.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage schedules, and drive accountability across teams.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budgeting and working with external suppliers.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• (Preferred) Motorcycle riding experience or a willingness to learn to ride.
