Hourly Pay Range $36.00 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Sign On Bonus $25,000 Sign On Bonus for candidates with a minimum of 18 months of NICU/ISCU experience. Position Details Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit Location: Evanston, IL Schedule: Full time, 36 hours per week (1900-0730, with weekend rotation) Float coverage needed when required Responsibilities Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU. Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Contribute positively to safety outcomes and promote a high-quality patient experience. Qualifications Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing (BSN strongly preferred). BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association). Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois. Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience, with preference for 1 year of ISCU experience. Preferred NICU/ISCU experience.
