Our user base ranges from deeply tech-savvy power users to tech laggards on active construction sites. If a field technician can't intuitively navigate our UI within seconds while wearing gloves, we haven't done our job. That’s where you come in. Position Summary We are looking for a hybrid, high-impact Senior UI/UX Designer who bridges product intuition, user research, and cross-functional creative execution. Embedded directly within Engineering, you will own our design ecosystem—from high-fidelity Figma mockups that streamline development to creative visual assets across Marketing and Customer Enablement. You aren’t just making things look clean; you are defining how users experience autoLOTO, drastically reducing engineering rework, and driving our evolution toward seamless, self-service SaaS onboarding. Key Responsibilities Product UI/UX & Systems Architecture (60%) End-to-End Product Design: Lead UX research, wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, and prototyping for complex web and mobile (iOS/Android) workflows. Reduce Development Friction: Deliver bulletproof, developer-ready Figma handoffs and specifications that eliminate guesswork, mitigate logic gaps, and minimize engineering revisions. Complex-to-Simple Translation: Craft intuitive, highly accessible interfaces tailored to non-technical end users in demanding physical field environments. Design System Ownership: Build, maintain, and scale our unified cross-platform Design System and component libraries. Modern Tooling Integration: Leverage cutting-edge visual, prototyping, and generative AI tools to accelerate design velocity, mockups, and asset generation. Learning, Enablement, & Self-Onboarding (30%) Self-Service Customer Onboarding: Design intuitive user flows and in-app guidance tailored for a smooth transition to full self-onboarding and SaaS expansion. Training & Visual Enablement: Collaborate with the Internal Training team to design visual collateral, UI assets, motion graphics, and instructional materials for our LMS and video training suites. Creative Strategy, Sales & Marketing (10%) Brand & Web Experience: Partner with Marketing to own autoLOTO’s public-facing web UI, landing pages, and visual messaging. Sales Collateral & Assets: Design high-impact visual presentation materials, product diagrams, and creative collateral to support sales enablement and investor communications. Requirements 5+ years of combined UI/UX design experience, with proven track record in high-growth B2B Saas Startups. Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and native/hybrid mobile app designs deployed in production. Expert-level mastery of Figma (auto-layout, design tokens, interactive prototyping, design system management.) Practical experience leveraging generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, v0, ChatGPT/Claude for prompt-based visual workflows) to accelerate design iterations. Ability to shift context effortlessly between rigorous technical UI specs and creative visual marketing collateral. Prior experience designing software for construction, field service, industrial, or hard-hat industries is strongly preferred. Preferred Experience Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, or React Native constraints to better align design handoffs with engineering reality. Experience using tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or PostHog to analyze user behavior and inform iterative design improvements. Basic experience with Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or video editing tools for high-production training media. Work Environment & Travel 100% Remote (US-Based) Travel is minimal (up to 10%), occasionally for site visits, field user testing, or team meetings.
