Job Summary The Senior Analyst, HCC MT Execution Team NA, executes centralized approvals and due diligence assessments, supports quality assurance, process improvement, and stakeholder guidance. The role provides advanced analytical support and monitoring activities to identify compliance risks across the region, handles complex reviews, and serves as a subject‑matter expert for monitoring processes. It also supports the creation of compliance analytics, dashboards, and performance insights, contributing to ongoing improvements in compliance data capabilities. Key Responsibilities Approvals & Due Diligence: Conduct approvals and TPI due diligence reviews, identify red flags, and ensure high‑quality documentation and system accuracy. Monitoring & Trending: Perform advanced monitoring and analytics to detect potential risks, review findings, and recommend actions. Operational Intelligence: Extract, cleanse, and analyze compliance data; build visual dashboards and metrics; identify anomalies or patterns; maintain documentation. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global and regional compliance leaders, regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders; support training of new team members. Reporting & Transparency: Deliver regular reporting to senior management and compliance committees on performance, risks, and outcomes; ensure audit‑readiness of all compliance decisions. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets. Experience with data visualization tools preferred. Experience with Artificial Intelligence and/or Intelligent Automation is preferred. Fluency in English required.
