This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Responsibilities - Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures. - Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly to maintain a clean dining environment. - Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, adhering to all kitchen health and safety standards. - Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies - Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning routines to ensure sanitation compliance. - Follow food handling protocols diligently to uphold food safety management standards across all operations. Qualifications - Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing. - Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail. - Excellent teamwork and communication abilities to support the culinary team effectively. - A positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in fast-paced settings.
