Position Overview As an MRI Technologist, you'll work under the direction of the Imaging Services Director and Medical Director of Radiology, performing a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic imaging exams. You'll play a key role in maintaining image quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance - all while delivering a positive and reassuring experience for patients of all ages. What You'll Do

- Perform high-quality MRI scans to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions
- Operate advanced MRI systems and manage daily workflows in PACS/RIS
- Ensure patient identification, exam accuracy, and documentation meet all safety and compliance standards
- Provide compassionate care and clearly explain procedures to patients
- Maintain MRI safety protocols, including screening and managing controlled access to magnetic zones
- Assist Radiologists with moderate interventional procedures as needed
- Collaborate with the imaging team to support daily operations and maintain a safe, HIPAA-compliant environment
- Current ARRT (MRI) certification or eligibility (MRI registry must be obtained within 18 months if not already certified)
- Valid ODH Radiologic License (if applicable to modality)
- Current BLS certification (and must be maintained in role)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with PACS and Radiology Information Systems (RIS)
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and assist patients during exams
- Availability to work some weekends, holidays, and take call as needed
- No written disciplinary action within the past 12 months
- 3+ years of MRI or cross-sectional imaging experience
- Strong working knowledge of MRI safety standards and equipment troubleshooting
- Experience working across multiple patient populations (neonate to geriatric)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital imaging platforms
