Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, formulating an accurate diagnosis and developing effective treatment plans specifically designed for individuals, couples, and families.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client preferences and challenges, drawing from frameworks like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions—individual, couples, and group—aimed at enhancing communication skills, conflict resolution, and healthy relational dynamics among clients.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated patient care through regular communication and referrals as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Engage in regular professional development through workshops, supervision, and case discussions, thus continually enhancing clinical competence and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package.
