One of our clients is seeking a Residential House Manager to provide service in Annapolis, MD. HOURS * All shifts available SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Oversee the residential aids and check on their work * Travel from house to house ensuring efficient and effective operations * Train new incoming Residential Aides * Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals being supported * Prep meals for individuals being supported * Provide companionship on outings and activities for individuals CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent * Minimum of one (1) year experience working in related field * Clean Slate Background Check * Valid Driver's License, and clean driving record * Ability to motivate staff and work collaboratively with staff from other programs to provide the most beneficial services to clients * Excellent oral, writing and listening skills * Ability to work independently and initiate actions to support the efforts of the staff and clients * Ability to relate with clients and all levels of staff DTG ADVANTAGES * Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health * Compensated weekly * Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule. * Ability to grow professionally. * Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
