Sales Manager - GNSS & UAV Solutions

Work Location: In-person | Full‑ Time | Relocation not offered. About HYFIX At HYFIX, we develop advanced spatial AI and precision positioning technologies that power autonomous systems and geospatial intelligence. Our solutions combine GNSS positioning, RTK correction services, and spatial data processing to enable high‑precision mapping, navigation, and infrastructure monitoring for industries such as surveying, construction, infrastructure, robotics, and geospatial technology. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships across the GNSS, UAV, geospatial, and surveying markets. The ideal candidate has experience selling technical solutions and building strong customer and partner relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead a growing sales team, drive revenue growth, and support business development through direct sales and partner relationships. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the geospatial, surveying, and precision positioning markets. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and partner channels. Drive sales of GNSS positioning solutions, RTK correction services, and geospatial mapping technologies across industries such as surveying, construction, infrastructure, robotics, and geospatial services. Build and expand distributor, reseller, and partner networks to support market growth and international expansion. Manage key distributor and partner relationships to ensure alignment with company strategy and revenue goals. Engage directly with customers to understand needs, present solutions, and close deals. Lead contract negotiations with partners and customers, ensuring favorable commercial and operational terms. Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and strengthen HYFIX’s position in the market. Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent as the organization grows. Qualification Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required. Technical background or experience selling technical solutions is highly preferred. Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years managing and developing sales teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands‑on, execution-focused approach. Proven success driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Demonstrated ability to build and manage distributor and partner networks. Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex contracts and strategic agreements. Comfortable with approximately 30% travel for partner and client engagement. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities. Relevant Industry Experience Experience selling solutions in one or more of the following industries or technologies is strongly preferred: RTK / PPK correction services Geospatial mapping platforms LiDAR or photogrammetry technologies UAV / drone mapping solutions GIS (Geographic Information Systems) platforms Precision positioning or spatial data solutions Nice to Have Experience building or scaling high‑performing sales teams. Track record of developing channel sales strategies and partner programs. Experience negotiating contracts with distributors, partners, or system integrators. Background selling technology solutions to industries such as surveying, construction, infrastructure, mining, utilities, or geospatial data services.
