Senior Director - Agentic Software Development

• Define and execute FactSet's roadmap for transitioning to agentic development
• Own the vision for AI across requirements, code generation, code review, testing, security, deployment, and operations
• Shape the portfolio of AI development tools and inform build-versus-buy decisions
• Establish and lead governance for agentic software development across FactSet
• Build standards, skills, verification layers, plugin marketplaces, skills registries, and learning curricula
• Build and sustain the internal agentic development community and drive adoption
• Own token and compute spend allocation, tracking, budgets, and cost governance
• Define success metrics covering engineering velocity, code quality, developer experience, and AI-native work
• Report to the Chief Information Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
• Technical fluency in modern software development and how AI tooling integrates across the lifecycle
• Hands-on familiarity with the AI development tools landscape, including agentic coding frameworks, LLM-powered development, and supporting infrastructure
• Track record delivering platform capabilities or transformation programs in an enterprise environment
• Experience leading in fast-moving environments where the work itself is still being defined
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new practices across a large organization
• Comfort operating in ambiguity
• Ability to connect across teams, levels, and functions
