Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in La Porte, TX 77571
Essential Functions:
- Complete paperwork, perform heavy data entry, and scan documents accurately and efficiently.
- Handle billing and invoicing for customer orders, input data, and run reports.
- Manage bills of lading, receiving, and inventory control.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipping operations.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
Requirements:
- Warehouse logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong customer service focus.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must pass a drug screen.
Pay:
$18.00 an hour. We pay weekly.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
