Why you want this job We're looking for a collaborative, organized, and strategically minded Marketing Client Executive to serve as the primary marketing partner for a designated line of business, while maintaining awareness of adjacent business priorities, shared resources, and overlapping customer journeys. This mid-level role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution – you'll spend equal time building strong stakeholder relationships and driving campaigns from brief to delivery. You'll be the connective tissue between business unit leaders and the broader marketing team, ensuring priorities are aligned, timelines are met, and work is exceptional. What you’ll do Stakeholder Partnership Serve as the dedicated marketing point of contact for assigned lines of business (e.g.,contact lensesand glasses), building trusted relationships with business unit leaders and subject matter experts Lead intake conversations to understand businessobjectives, translate them into clear marketing briefs, and set realistic expectations on scope, timing, and resources Proactively partner with stakeholders to prioritize work, proactivelyidentifyingresource constraints andfacilitatingtrade off discussions Advocate for your clients' needs within the marketing team while also pushing back constructively when requests fall outside strategy or capacity Campaign Execution & Project Management Own end-to-end project management for assigned campaigns across channels including email/text, digitaladvertising, print,andevents Communicate campaign status, risks, and results to internal clients; navigate competing priorities with transparency and confidence Partner withchannel managers,creative/content, and analytics teams to develop and deliver integrated marketing programs on time and on budget Maintain project plans, trackers, and timelines across multiple simultaneous workstreams; keep marketers informed on dependent product or merchandise work and timelines Identifyopportunities to improve marketing workflows, intake processes, planning practices, and cross-functional collaboration Support quarterly marketing planning cycles for each line of business Monitor campaign performance and work with analytics to surface insights and recommendations for optimization What you'll need 3–5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a client-facing marketing operations role — healthcare or a similarly regulated industry preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping details Strong communicator who can translate complex business needs into actionable marketing plans, and vice versa Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities Familiarity with project management tools and marketing platforms A bias toward proactive communication — you surface issues early and come with solutions Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Why we will love you Experience supporting regulated or compliance-sensitive marketing in healthcare or financial services Familiarity with CMS guidelines, HIPAA considerations, or healthcare member/patient communications Background working within an in-house agency or shared services marketing model Perks Free eye exams for your entire family Deep discounts on lenses, glasses, and other services Amazing healthcare coverage 401(k) match Flexible PTO Tuition reimbursement program In-house restaurant with highly discounted meals (Steak dinner under $6) Free snacks, ice cream, and drinks every day Full onsite gym We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
