Learn more about us at: 4seasonslandscapingmt.com As a Foreman, You Will: Take full ownership of daily on‑site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Supervise, direct, and motivate multiple crews to deliver high‑quality workmanship. Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership on scheduling, logistics, and client expectations. Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable for performance, safety, and efficiency. Read and interpret landscape designs and construction plans, translating them into clear field execution. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of equipment, materials, and tools. Communicate directly with clients as needed, representing 4 Seasons with professionalism. Track production rates, manage labor hours, and document project progress. Foster a culture built on our values of Humility, Results, Excellence of Character, and Level Up 10X . Qualifications 3+ years of landscaping or construction experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, hardscaping, irrigation, and equipment operation. Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 4–6 people effectively. Ability to read and execute from landscape blueprints and plans. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean record (CDL is a plus). Physically capable of lifting, digging, and working outdoors in all conditions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
