Field Representative

Job Details & Expectations:

• Achieve a minimum of 10 hours/week of canvassing
• Attend kick-off training and continuing training throughout the campaign
• Attend weekly debriefs
• Available to answer questions about turf via text and call
• Have access to smart phone
• Have access to reliable transportation ( people who may need assistance with transportation are still welcome to apply, we can work with you to fill occasional gaps )
• Collect data and follow shift guidelines including checking in and out

Required Skills:

• Good time management and ability to follow through on skills
• Strong oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with community members and fellow campaign staff
• Cultural competency
