Administrative Assistant

We operate with aservant-based leadership mindset and seek to create an environment where our team members can grow both professionally and spiritually through serving our customers, communities, and each other./ph3Job Position Description/h3pWith a One Team mentality, perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. Perform basic accounting duties relating to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and banking. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports. All administrative work is processed and documented accurately and timely. Customers, Centers of Influence, Production Team, Marketing Reps/Estimators, and the Office Manager/Owner are communicated to in a timely and accurate manner. Customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level. Processing of accounts payable and receivables are current. All files and reports are maintained and provided as required. All administrative tasks are completed assigned. A PuroClean administrative assistant takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliAddress and manage customer needs and concerns, notify management and ownership as needed/liliAnswering calls, providing customer service and documenting messages/liliPreparing and maintaining job documentation to brand standards/liliManagement of compliance documentation, business resume and national account programs/liliMaintaining inventory of office supplies, cleaning products and all office related materials/liliIT support, facilitating weekly computer backups, software upgrades and organization/liliSupporting marketing efforts and continuing to grow personally and professionally in the business/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Representing the brand with honesty, integrity, and professionalism/liliAptitude with handling customers, showing patience, empathy, and clarity of message/liliSkilled with organization, record keeping and close attention to detail/liliRespect for safety and brand identity guidelines.
