Senior Project Manager - Luxury Retail ConstructionBased in Miami, we're a top-rated company delivering turnkey construction, millwork, and interior build-out solutions for luxury retail, hospitality, and high-end residential clients.We're seeking a Project Manager with experience leading complex construction and interior build-out projects from estimating through completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong client-facing skills, financial acumen, and experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, designers, and field teams to deliver exceptional projects on time and within budget.Role and Responsibilities:Manage the full project lifecycle from estimating, procurement, planning, and scheduling through final project deliveryPrepare bids, review drawings and specifications, analyze tender documents, and develop project budgetsNegotiate and manage subcontractor, supplier, and vendor contractsInterpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and construction documents to support project executionCoordinate project schedules, shipping logistics, material deliveries, and installation activitiesPartner with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and field teams to ensure project objectives are achievedMonitor project costs, track budget performance, and proactively resolve schedule or scope-related challengesEnsure construction, millwork, and fixture installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and client expectationsQualifications:Degree or technical diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or related field5+ years of project management experience within construction, commercial interiors, millwork, retail construction, or related industriesExperience managing projects ranging from approximately $1 million to $10 million+Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and construction documentsExperience with budgeting, estimating, contract management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordinationProficiency with project management software, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft ExcelBenefitsBase Salary Between $90-130k DOERetirement Savings PlanComprehensive Benefits PackageHybrid Work Schedule
