Physical Therapist Assistant - Full Time

Physical Therapist Assistant Role Provide treatment, exercise instruction, and patient education to enhance patient well-being following a plan of care under supervision. Responsibilities Perform procedures aligned with state laws and supervisor’s guidance, suggesting plan adjustments as needed. Instruct and assist patients with exercises, gait, ADLs, transfers, safety, and prosthetic training. Monitor, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to the supervising PT and healthcare team. Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members within the scope of practice. Operate effectively in diverse home care environments regardless of client background. Qualifications & Skills Licensed, registered, or certified to practice physical therapy in the relevant state. Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Availability for weekend rotations. Preferred: CPR certification and physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers.
