This role is critical to the Maintenance team, performing routine maintenance functions and mechanical and systematic troubleshooting. They help oversee the upkeep of the facilities and equipment that support production.What good is a job without great benefits to reward your hard work?What We Have To Offer:Competitive BaseMedical/Dental/Vision insurance on day 1 of employmentHealth Saving Account (HSA) with Employer contributionEmployee Assistance Program401(k) retirement plan and match programShort Term Disability (Employer Paid)Long Term Disability (Employer Paid)Paid Time Off (eligible after 90 days of employment)Sick Leave (eligible after 90 days of employment)Company Paid HolidaysDiversity At Noveon Magnetics, we believe our diversity makes us who we are, and we strive every day to build a culture where everyone feels welcome.What You'll Be Doing:Performing assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to; plumbing, mechanical repairs and assisting in installations, and general repairs including troubleshooting.Providing planned, scheduled, unscheduled, preventative, and reactive repairs as required to maximize up time and reliability of production equipment.Operating various company vehicles, including forklifts, man lifts, overhead cranes, etc., and obtain proper training.Conducting other projects, duties, and assignments as needed and assigned by the Maintenance Manager or management.We are looking for someone who:Has a minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing production and material-handling equipment.Possesses a strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Has basic reading skills and must be able to follow directions.Has a High School diploma or GED required; Associate Technical Degree preferred.Can display the ability to read and understand technical documents.Is OSHA 10 Hours Certified.Has excellent problem-solving skills, understanding of industrial EHS requirements/policies, corrective action efforts/systems improvements, equipment installations, participate in risk/hazard abatement.Can recognize and mitigate potential safety hazards.Is preferably certified within a specific technical or vocational training.Additionally:Must be able to pass a drug screening, medical physical and, if applicable, visual testing.Ability to regularly move 30-50lbs.Ability to regularly perform repetitive tasks.Ability to regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.About Noveon Magnetics:At Noveon Magnetics, we're reimagining the rare earth magnet industry and changing the way we electrify the world.
