Location : AMK Working days/hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hours Pay : Up to $3,500 Job scope: Processes high volumes of claims (cash and corporate card) accurately and promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies Manages user account creation and maintenance in the claims system and provides support on claims-related matters Assists with vendor invoice processing, account reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies Responds to staff and vendor enquiries regarding claims, invoices, and payments in a timely and professional manner Prepares and posts journal entries related to accruals and claims transactions Supports Accounts Payable month-end closing to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records Contributes to finance system transformation projects, including process improvement, testing, data migration, and implementation activities Performs additional duties as assigned to support finance operations and team efficiency Requirements: Min Diploma in Accounting or relevant field Prior experience in financial accounting with exposure in claim management and Accounts Payable would be an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr Recruit Express
