12 Months Insurance Analyst, Group Claims (up to 4K) #BYR

Summary Handle end-to-end assessment and processing of local and overseas group insurance claims within policy guidelines and turnaround timelines Review Pre-Authorisation/LOG requests and coordinate with policyholders, healthcare providers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders on claims-related matters Manage claims follow-ups, payment issues, refund processing, billing enquiries, and outstanding receivables Prepare claims reports, settlement documents, statistical analysis, and support finance/payment-related activities Participate in system enhancement projects, UAT testing, and process improvement initiatives Identify potential fraud or inconsistencies and elevate when necessary Requirements Minimum 1 year of Group Claims experience Familiar with Group Insurance products such as Group Life, Personal Accident, Critical Illness, Hospitalisation & Surgical, and Outpatient claims Good communication and stakeholder management skills Health Insurance Certificate, M5 & M9 certifications will be advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Recruit Express
