This role is responsible for optimizing end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) processes and enabling scalable growth through data-driven insights, planning, and process improvement initiativesThe position supports annual and ongoing GTM planning activities, including capacity modeling, quota allocation, compensation plan strategy, and sales performance forecasting and reporting. It plays a critical role in developing, administering, and evaluating sales compensation programs that align incentives with business objectives and drive desired sales behaviors. The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities across the GTM technology platforms. The role delivers actionable sales performance and productivity analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance management.Core ResponsibilitiesAnnual GTM planning, including budgeting, territory planning, capacity modeling, and quota designSales compensation plan strategy, design, and executionWorkflow optimization, automation, and integration across RevOps systemsSales performance executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and forecasting modelsStrategic insights and recommendations to executive stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field3 - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, or related rolesStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly self‑directed and proficient in owning initiatives end‑to‑endProven experience executing complex cross-functional projectsStrong experience with Salesforce, Xactly, Microsoft Excel, SmartsheetWhy First Advantage is Your Next Big Career MoveFirst Advantage is going through a technology transformation!
