Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting within a large, multi-campus health system
• Float across Adult Health units including Observation, Med/Surg, PCU, and IMC as needed to support staffing demands
• Occasionally support the Emergency Department or PACU by caring for Adult Health patients with inpatient orders awaiting bed placement
• Deliver high-acuity nursing care consistent with Level I Trauma center standards
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions, verified within the last 30 days
• Minimum of 24 months PCU experience with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Level I Trauma and large hospital experience required
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working across multiple units or departments including ED and PACU
• Flexibility with shifts, locations, and departments to support placement efficiency
