Our client has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to assist with general administrative duties, including front desk and schedule management, project support and working in various software systems.

Our client has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to assist with general administrative duties, including front desk and schedule management, project support and working in various software systems.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain conference room calendar
- Greet building visitors and manage badge system
- Directly support Management and finance departments.
- Review application packets for completeness
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify possible compliance limitations
- Perform data entry
- Generate various reports
- 1 or more years experience in an administrative support position.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and proofreading skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and great business savvy.
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of projects while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2010, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to handle the highest levels of confidentiality.
