Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Ability to work as Clinical Fellow (CFY) or hold Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in a school environment preferred, but motivated CFY candidates encouraged to apply Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and administrators Comfortable managing a diverse caseload, including both speech and language delays and disorders Core Responsibilities: Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders using standardized assessments Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the multidisciplinary team Deliver targeted, evidence-based therapy sessions both one-on-one and in group settings Maintain detailed records on student progress and document services in accordance with school and legal requirements Consult with educators and families to promote generalization of communication skills Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development as needed This contract position offers the chance to impact students communication skills each day while gaining valuable experience in a supportive, school-based environment.
