In this fully remote role, you'll assist healthcare members by answering questions about their benefits, providing guidance, and ensuring they have a positive customer experience. This seasonal opportunity is expected to continue through February or March and offers valuable experience in the healthcare and customer service industries.

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare members.
• Answer questions related to healthcare benefits and coverage.
• Provide accurate information and guide members through their options.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Meet quality, attendance, and performance expectations.
• Adapt to changing business needs and processes.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, medical scheduling, benefits, or medical terminology is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to multitask and learn multiple systems.
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Schedule Requirements

Schedules are assigned based on business needs. Candidates must be available to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM Eastern Time , any day of the week, including:

• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Holidays
• Occasional overtime

Flexibility is required.

Work-From-Home Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A private and quiet workspace free from distractions.
• The ability to handle confidential healthcare information.
• No interruptions from children or other household members during working hours.
• Reliable high-speed internet with at least:
• • 20 Mbps download speed
  • 10 Mbps upload speed
• A wired internet connection (wireless-only connections are not permitted).
