Woburn, MassachusettsOnsiteFull Time$250k - $300k A company in the automotive industry who is building the future of tire changing and wheel servicing is hiring a Head of Finance to join their team on a full-time basis. The company leverages robotics, automation, computer vision, and intelligent hardware to reinvent automated service delivery. As the organization transitions from advanced R&D and pilot stage into a major commercial scale-up phase, they are seeking a finance leader to own the build-out of robust financial and reporting infrastructure. You’ll oversee financial operations, FP&A, controllership, treasury, compliance, and investor reporting. This is a high-impact, succession-track opportunity designed as a path to CFO within 12–24 months. The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance executive, comfortable with both building institutional-grade processes and engaging strategically with the Board, CEO, and investors.
