What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside experienced team members in mold remediation, water mitigation, and indoor air quality projects
• Learn job site management, scope execution, and safety standards under IICRC S500 and S520
• Assist with equipment setup, demo work, HEPA vac and antimicrobial protocols
• Maintain job documentation, photos, and cleanliness of equipment and vehicles
• Help ensure jobs are completed to the “Standard of Clean” and build strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in water/mold restoration or construction
• Must be reliable, on time, and ready to learn and grow
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 25+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces
• Experience with IICRC WRT / ASD  is a plus – we will help you get certified if not
