Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead large-scale global security and infrastructure deployment programs across multiple sites and regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects involving physical security, IT infrastructure, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination within manufacturing or industrial environments.Columbus, OHRequired Qualifications10+ years of Program or Project Management experience.Proven success delivering global, multi-site security or infrastructure rollout projects across multiple locations.PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.Strong experience with project governance, stage-gate methodology, procurement, and RFP processes.Experience managing vendors, system integrators, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).Expertise in project budgeting, including CapEx, OpEx, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical plant environments.Knowledge of contractor safety programs, plant turnarounds, and operational planning.Experience supporting compliance initiatives such as CFATS, ISO 27001, or similar regulatory frameworks.Strong skills in risk management, change management, stakeholder management, and executive communication.Experience leading cross-functional global teams across multiple time zones.Willingness to travel as required.
