Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a rapidly growing team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing high-value private client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Compensation Package Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually Incentives: 15-20% commission on new business personal write-offs Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a book of business consisting of high-value private client accounts (approximately $2 million in premiums and a few hundred policies) Quote and process new and renewal business Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with professionalism and care Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals and deliver exceptional client experiences Utilize EZLynx software for account management and processing Work with carriers such as AIG, Nationwide Private Client, and Chubb to provide tailored insurance solutions Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on private client accounts and high-net-worth individuals Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx software preferred Soft Skills: Fun, outgoing, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills #LI-DD4 The Jonus Group
