An experienced Business Analyst is sought to support the modernization of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. This role involves working with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze processes, document requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise financial systems and professional experience with AI productivity or workflow automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for Oracle EBS modernization.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state workflows aligned with modernization goals.
• Support enhancements, integrations, and process improvements within Oracle EBS, with a focus on financial systems integrations such as with procurement (Coupa), HCM (Workday), and payroll systems (PeopleSoft, UKG, SAP).
• Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design discussions.
• Leverage AgenticAI or similar AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, or automation activities.
• Partner with technical teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Assist in data mapping, data validation, and data migration efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 35+ years of Business Analyst experience, within Finance, ERP systems, or large enterprise IT programs.
• Experience with financial systems integrations (e.g., Oracle and Coupa, Oracle and Workday, Oracle and PeopleSoft/UKG/SAP).
• At least 6 months of hands-on professional experience using AgenticAI or another AI tool (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
• Experience gathering requirements and creating documentation for system implementations or upgrades.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and core financial processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement).
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in a Finance or IT role.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or other major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday).
• Background with modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or ETL concepts.
• Experience in the aviation or transportation industry.
