Location: Coconut Grove Area, Miami, FL | Work Location: In-Person Only |1099 | Full-Time | $3,500/Month Ramp-Up + Commission | $150,000–$200,000+ Potential
Are You a Closer Who Thrives on Winning?We’re looking for a go-getter, high-energy salesperson who knows how to close, doesn't take no for an answer, and has a strong sense of urgency.
In this role, you’ll work with qualified, inbound leads and appointments provided by our lead managers . You’ll meet with property owners, present offers, and close deals both in person and over the phone .
About UsWe are a young, hungry, high-energy, and intense team based in the Coconut Grove area of Miami.
We currently have a team of five and are continuing to build our acquisitions team.
We invest over $100,000 per month in marketing , with all leads coming inbound. Our lead managers provide qualified Hot and Warm appointments to the acquisitions team.

What You’ll Do- Attend qualified appointments provided by our lead managers
- Work with pre-qualified inbound leads
- Meet with property owners
- Present offers
- Close real estate acquisition deals
- Close deals both in person and over the phone
- Work toward a 25% closing rate
- Be responsible for at least $1.5 million in revenue
- Adapt to changes in systems and processes
- Work as part of a young, high-energy team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — REQUIRED

- $3,500/month during the 60–90 day ramp-up/training period
- Transition to 10% commission-only
- Qualified appointments provided by lead managers
- Inbound leads provided through the company's marketing
- Potential to earn $150,000–$200,000+
