Collections Floor Supervisor

Cawley & Bergmann is looking for a high-energy Collections Floor Supervisor to join our growing Newark team. We are seeking a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced consumer collections environment and is passionate about coaching collectors, driving production, and helping build a winning culture. This is a hands‑on leadership role where supervisors are expected to actively support the collections floor, assist with talk‑offs, motivate teams, and help drive overall recovery performance while maintaining compliance standards.
