Senior Director, Client Services B2B

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Client Services B2B to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead strategic client partnerships across B2B marketing engagements, with a strong focus on aligning marketing, sales, and revenue operations around measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience guiding executive-level relationships, translating client objectives into integrated strategies, and driving account growth through exceptional service and cross-functional leadership. This is a highly visible role that will influence client satisfaction, account health, and the overall effectiveness of complex marketing programs. It is well suited for a leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on team development and performance accountability.
