Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Arlo Chicago is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Work closely with suppliers and manage inventory control. Help develop and implement innovative food and beverage programs and promotions. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Previous experience in food and beverage management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in inventory management and budgeting. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits Competitive salary of $60,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
