Food and Beverage Operations Manager

A hands-on leadership role involving administrative and front of house management responsibilities. 

The staff is expected to manage the restaurant themselves, the Operations Manager is there to supervise, support, and step in when a decision needs made or standard needs to be enforced.

This person will participate directly in the labor pool, not be a manager apart from the rest of the staff. Their presence should make the restaurant organized and accountable without making it rigid or micromanaged. 

They will work closely with ownership, maintaining regular communication about day to day operations. They will use their position and authority to identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute ideas and solutions to make the restaurant better.
