Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse: Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, dignified manner. Promote resident engagement and socialization to support mental and emotional well-being. Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff. Follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Accurately document resident history , vitals, and any clinical changes. Communicate effectively with registered nurses (RNs), physicians , and interdisciplinary team members. Qualifications for LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse: Current LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required) Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Passion for providing person-centered care Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehab , or a similar healthcare setting preferred Our people and our residents are the center of our universe.
